Does USCIS send out RFE letter through USPS? Can I call them or ask my lawyer to call them before I got the paper letter to see what I am missing?

Another 14 days of waiting....

Looks like your case is in premium processing.

If they require additional evidence, they will fax said request to the fax number provided on your completed I-907 Request for Premium Processing Form.

Please check with your employer/attorney, of they filled the correct fax no in the 907 then by now they should know what the RFE is about.

If it is premium processing, your attorney gets all these. I got RFE on 9th day and my attorney got it by fax. Thx,

@cooldude76 , the attorney got the faxed RFE letter yesterday. Those missing parts are all company materials. The only thing I can do is waiting.

In your case, how long does it take to hear back from USCIS after RFE material were submitted?

Since this is premium processing, once RFE material is submitted to them they will respond in 15 calendar days.

My feeling is that as long as the material is submitted in time, the processing is relatively fast under premium processing these days. BUT this only happens after the lawyer prepares and submits the RFE material efficiently. I got RFE on Oct. 27. But my lawyer haven't re-submitted RFE material yet. So no, thanks to the lawyer, I haven't received the approval yet.
