I would be getting married on Nov 29th, and am willing to go from my H1B Stamping and add my wife as dependent for H4. While filling the DS160 and booking the appointment slot can my status be single, becuase that is my current status? If yes, then how can I add any dependent? Link to comment
krialta Posted October 29, 2012 Report Share Posted October 29, 2012 DS160 should reflect your status at time of interview. If you are getting married by then with supporting documents to prove you should be good. Speak to your company HR or immigration team, they should be able to guide you. You might need to fill DS160 for your spouse aswell. Link to comment
