xatern
Here is the summary Type of company - Consulting with Direct Client. Lost contract on - 28th September ( have payslip for month of September) Current Status - On Loss of Pay for October - Sent a mail to my HR saying that I would be on Leave(Heard it is legal) Got new job on - 12 october (Full time in fortune 500 company) Filed LCA on - 16 october LCA Approval - 24 october H1b transfer filed- 24 october (On premium) Receipt Date - 25 october Center - Vermont State - Massachusetts Problem summary: On the last payslip , they have deducted $400 , mentioning that it is for advance they paid me before(Paid around 6 month back in cash).Would it cause any problem during transfer? Company is asking me to join them immediately , as we already received the receipt.I understand that if I join the new company , if transfer gets rejected , I would be out of status. But if I stay back in the same company , I wouldnt be get paid for this month , unless I resume working after getting new contract , I would be considered out of status. What you think I should do ? Link to comment
