I would really appreciate if any one can share their experience with my situation.

EAD Expired in Sept , 2012 month , waiting for renewal EAD. Looks like stuck in namecheck.

H1B also expired Sept ,2011.

Can i transfer expired H1 and do extension ?

if my company is ready to apply for new H1 , do I have to go outside country to stamp it before i start working ? I was under impression that you need stamping only when you are travelling and come back to USA.

I am already in United States and waiting for my Greencard. AOS pending since 2007 - EB3 India.
