mj129
Today, my new employer received a LCA Certification Email with the LCA attached in the email for the H1B transfer. What needs to be done with this? Does this need to be signed by the employer? I understand that I should be asking my lawyer about this, but he is normally at court Fridays so I'll have to wait for his reply on Monday. What are your guys' experience with this? What are the next steps after LCA? Link to comment
Attorney_10
The certified LCA must be signed and dated by the employer. A copy must be maintained in the public access file and another copy must be provided to the employee and a third copy must be submited as part of the H1B petition to USCIS. Please schedule a consultation with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss this topic in more detail. Link to comment
