Do we still need advanced document submission to Mumbai 3 days before ??

I am planning to schedule H-4 visa appointment at Mumbai Consulate in October or November. I have a question regarding the 'Advance Document Submission at Mumbai Consulate'.

Reference:

• In the old process for Mumbai Consulate, we had to submit our documents in advance at least 3 days before our visa appointment i.e. 'Advance Document Submission for Mumbai Consulate' . https://www.vfs-usa....ing_mumbai.html : Applicants applying at the U.S. Consulate, Mumbai need to submit their Application Packet to VFS Application Centre - Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Pune a minimum of 3 working days prior to the scheduled appointment date and carry the Additional Supporting Documents at the time of the interview
  

Questions:

• In the new process, do we still have to submit documents at Mumbai VFS atleast 3 days in advance ?
  
• Or Mumbai Consulate no longer requires Advance Document Submission ?
  
• Has the OFC process replaced the Advance Document Submission for Mumbai Consulate ?
