GC Porting from EB3 to EB2

Hi All,

My EB3 PD is Dec 2004 and GC JOB TITLE was Programmer analyst.

7 years later , my new employer has agreed to port my GC from EB3 to EB2 in the same job title as previous one i.e. Programmer Analyst , even though i am working at a senior role with the new employer.

So i have these questions :

1) Is it OK to port GC application in the same job title even after 7 years of filing EB3 application

2) What happens to EB3 case if EB2 application is denied ?

3) Is Porting from EB3 to EB2 going to invalidate your EAD or AP

Please advise.
