H1B Transfer and Payment from the old Employer

Hello

Can anyone of you suggest me how to change the Consultant..

I am on EVC model right now and the Vendor himself want to hire me directly for him. Vendor is a independent company who actually develops applications.

I am on H1B with the Employer and Vendor want to transfer H1B to their company..the problem is if i do so without letting my employer know he will be holding of the money he owe me..

I am paid like this, for the october hours i will be paid on december 1st. I know this is not a good practice and few of you will be screaming back at me..hey what can i do now its already been done??

As you see my 1 month pay will be on hold always...

So what should i do in this scenario..Please let me know
