The USCIS tracker states that it has sent the refund notice invitation on 10th of October and it is still processing my petition. Is anyone on the same boat. Does anyone here got a premium processing approved after 15 calendar days, if yes, how long did it take. PP receipt date: 26th September Status: Acceptance Is there any way I can contact USCIS to find out about my status Link to comment

Vermount Well, this is written that if USCIS not able to reply in 15 days than they will refund the money.. I am not sure now when you will get final result of RFE reponse from them.... Still there is no update and the case status still is showing as 'RFE'. At-least if it moved to RFE response received, I would be happy, but there is no status change. Link to comment

Sometimes decision will be made if employer or attorney gives call for premium case if they are in pending for more than normal 15 days. Link to comment

It seems it has gone into some security background check. Do you have any idea how long it takes these days for the check to complete. Link to comment
