irs Posted October 15, 2012 Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 Hi, My RFE Date : 3rd August 2012 RFE Response Review Date : 10th September 2012 It's been 35 days and I am still waiting for a response.. I have read on some sites that RFE responses should usually be recieved by first week of October.. Is that true? Link to comment
irs Posted November 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Regular Processing CSC service center 60th day today and still no update on uscis site.. my company asks me to wait for 90 days after replying to rfe.. they say that since it is a fresh H1 application, written petition or call is not advisable. also, premium processing might take 4 weeks to be accepted by uscis and I am seeing that USCIS is not responding for premium petitions in 15 day window for many applications would waiting for 30 more days be the best option or going for premium processing..
