wjh Posted October 17, 2012 Report Share Posted October 17, 2012 I am having the same situation. My company filed the petition (transfer H1B) on Aug 17 to California service center. And I need to go international travel in Dec. 18 and come back in Jan 24, 2013. Can I wait till the the end of Dec to see if that is necessary to have the petition upgrade to premium process? Will it be too late? I believe that we can use the copy of the approval notice to obtain the VISA Stamp. Thank you for the response Link to comment

Looking at your itinerary it will be better to upgrade to premium asap. once upgraded you will have a decision in 15 calendar days. Link to comment
