Documents needed for H4 Extesnsion Visa Stamping

I am currently in USA on H1 and got my visa extension approved upto Dec 2012. I have also applied extension for my daughter (H4). But hers is in RFE status. I am planning to go India by next month. Can i go for Visa Stamping for my daughter along with my approval notice or do i have to wait until my daughter visa gets approved ? Do they consider the RFE status ? Does RFE will have impact in getting visa stamped for my daughter. Kinldy provide some guidelines.

Some ppl say that they might not check for my daughter visa status as long as applicant has approved documents.
