H1B transfer within 2-3 weeks after joining

I was on L1 with company A till Sept 30th. I had H1B approved with company B. I joined company B on Oct 1st. Within 2 weeks, I got very good job offer from company C. I want to transfer my H1B from B to C by15th Oct. For transfer H1B, we need to give last 3 paystubs as supporting document. I have L1 paystubs with company A but not with B till now. Can I transfer my H1B from B to C without having paystubs with company B? If yes, then what should I submit as paystub proof? Can USCIS ask any reason for this transfer or raise question on this transfer.

Company "C" must have some attorney to process you visa, am i right? if yes, then he will tell you if its possible or not even before starting you process.
