rakesh200081
I was on L1 with company A till Sept 30th. I had H1B approved with company B. I joined company B on Oct 1st. Within 2 weeks, I got very good job offer from company C. I want to transfer my H1B from B to C by15th Oct. For transfer H1B, we need to give last 3 paystubs as supporting document. I have L1 paystubs with company A but not with B till now. Can I transfer my H1B from B to C without having paystubs with company B? If yes, then what should I submit as paystub proof? Can USCIS ask any reason for this transfer or raise question on this transfer. Link to comment
rohang
Company "C" must have some attorney to process you visa, am i right? if yes, then he will tell you if its possible or not even before starting you process. Not sure where is confusion? Link to comment
