But store manager not agreeing. I have appointed attorney attended court and fought. But there was no use. Judge issued a notice and case was dismissed. I have some questions WIll i get employed in this country? Does this a effect My H1 b and Greencard processing? Please reply this questions Thanks Link to comment
rajendra429.etl Posted October 12, 2012 Report Share Posted October 12, 2012 explain your situation to employer, they will discuss with their lawyers and file your H1B if they are comfortable. Also you will have a question at some point like form DS160 (which is used before attending H1B interview) "Have you been arrested or convicted to crime" you might have to say "yes" and explain your situation. If you are applying a Canadian visitors visa you also need o fill up Schedule1 form(which is used if arrested) along with 5257E from and family information. consult more people to get more info.. that's all i can think off..
