I am here On F1 Visa arrested on class C Misdeamnor charges this was happened without my knowledge. But store manager not agreeing.

I have appointed attorney attended court and fought. But there was no use. Judge issued a notice and case was dismissed.

I have some questions

WIll i get employed in this country?

Does this a effect My H1 b and Greencard processing?

explain your situation to employer, they will discuss with their lawyers and file your H1B if they are comfortable. Also you will have a question at some point like form DS160 (which is used before attending H1B interview) "Have you been arrested or convicted to crime" you might have to say "yes" and explain your situation.

If you are applying a Canadian visitors visa you also need o fill up Schedule1 form(which is used if arrested) along with 5257E from and family information.

First offense may not be an issue. I have an arrest record in the past and obtained US visa two times since then

I have a letter of disposition from court. I am wondering do i need to get any other copies from court before i apply for H1 visa.

Court records, lawyer records in case if you have any. You need all of them for your H1 stamping.
