L1 to H1 Processing time

Hi there, my petition was filed on May 25^th in regular process under this year quota for change of status from L1 to H1 in WAC (CA Center) and still it’s in initial review as status; is it same with all this type of cases what’s the normal turnaround time? As my petitioner is asking me to wait for some more time
