I797 for H-4

Hi, I joined a new company last month on the I797 receipt. My 797 transfer is still pending with USCIS.

I'm going in November for my marriage and plan to take my wife for a H1/H4 stamping.

But the attorneys say that since my processing was not under premium it might take another month for me to get 797.

The attorneys have applied for a transfer on 19th July.

The attorneys are suggesting me to pay arnd 1800$ to move it to premium processing.

I'm not sure whether I should wait for a month, or go for premium processing, I mean I definitely want to go for

stamping with my wife, but just wanted to know till what time you guys suggest it would be safe to wait and then go ahead

with premium processing.
