shripen Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 Hi, My H4 got expired on May 31st along with my husband's H1.Extension is filed and waiting for approval.Meanwhile,I got a job offer and want want to change my status to H1( I had it before). Is it possible to apply for H4 to H1 to COS while H4 extension is pending. Please suggest me. Link to comment
