RFE Premium Upgrade

Hi all,

I have applied for H1B 2013 from employer A. And I just saw an online update that they had sent me an RFE. However, in the meanwhile, I received an employment offer from Employer B. However, as we know the cap limit for 2013 has been reached. So, only option I have is to actually receive an approval from my current employer application A. And then transfer to B.

However, now that I have to rush through this process I was wondering if I can upgrade for Premium along with submitting RFE documents. Is it possible? Will I be eligible to get a response within 15 days from the day of submission of RFE response?

After receiving an approval for Employer A, how soon I can apply for transfer for Employer B.?

Generally, a pending H1B petition may be upgraded to premium processing at any time while the petition is pending. The updgrade request and filing fee may be submitted with the RFE response. USCIS will take action on the case within 15 calendar days of receiving the upgrade request and RFE response.
