kvkps Posted September 16, 2011 Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 I am in the same boat. I am planning to go with MTR(Motion to Reopen). Based on the forums MTR may take from 2 weeks to 6 months(Usually it should come back in less than 2 months) but Appeal is going to take longer period. It may even take up to 2 years. What was the reason your 140 denied? Link to comment
