My question is that if I buy the life insurance (20 years term) from US and leave US after 6 years, Will the insurance be still effective? Anybody has any ideas on this? Appreciate your help. What is the possibility of your status in US to come here for a claim after 6 years? Even if any claim happens, how the officers will evaluate...will they agree documents from you natove country? did you check with the insurance company? I did a claim for my mother in india...they were asking hell lot of documents....You need to check with your insurance company. Link to comment
