punter_1234 Posted October 10, 2012 Report Share Posted October 10, 2012 I am working for Employer A on L1 Blanket visa. Employer B applied H1 B Visa for me and which got approved today. My L1 Blanket VISA is expiring on Oct 22 - 2012. Due, Employer A processing a new L1 Blanket petition (not an extension) in US Consulate Canada, and I have to go to stamping on Oct 15 for this new L1 Blanket petition. If I go for L1 Blanket stamping in Canada on Oct 15, will my H1B visa applied through Employer B go inactive? Could you please advice. Link to comment
