H1B RFE - Clarification required

Hi All,

I have applied H1B on - 14-May-2012.

Applied to Premium process - 27-Sep-2012.

RFE received on -02-Oct-2012

My attorney received RFE through post on: 09-Oct-2012

Again I have noticed status change on USCIS website,

On October 9, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires.

Q1: I can receive 2^nd RFE on same case.

Q2: I never submitted documents for 1^st RFE – will be submitting documents soon for 1^st RFE.

Hi, You can receive a second RFE before decision. (that is after you submit your first RFE Response). Thanks.
