raghu6630 Posted October 9, 2012 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 Hi , My L1B expired in 10/17/2011, however my i94 is valid till 10/17/2012. I have initiated my H1B for 2012 and i got an RFE last week while it was in premium processing. I have submitted the required document for RFE on 10/09/2012. In case my RFE still pending beyond 10/17/2012 which is my i94 expiry date, Do i need to leave the country for COS or can i stay back without working until my H1B approved? Please note this is a L1B to H1B conversion. Thanks Link to comment
