GC for L1A visa

I have a question about my GC process. I am working with company A for last 6 years 8 months in managerical role but my company A not willing to file EB1/EB2 GC. So, I am loking for company B to file GC for me. Can I file GC in EB1 with company B where I never worked before? if not EB1 then which category I can apply?

My current I-94 will expire on Apr-2013. If I apply now then can I stay in USA after Apr-2013? Any special permission needed to stay in USA.

If I file GC with company B then can I switch copmany later while my GC is in process? If yes then when ? I am considering this case for EB2 only.
