H1 employer change during H4 transfer in process - Please HELP

Hi

Me and my wife are in H1 Visa with the same employer A.

Our Kid is in my wife's H4 and is now in UK

My wife needs to move to H4 of mine due to personal things in 2-3 weeks max. But, there is a chance that I might get an offer from another employer B.

Questions:

1. If my current employer A starts the H4 status change for my wife, how long it takes to complete this process.

2. During this H4 transfer process, if the new employer B offers me the job and starts my H1 transfer, how do I handle the move of H4 of my wife with the new employer B

3. Will there be any issue for my Kid to enter into US, as his H4 is under my wife's H1 (by then my wife will be in H4 herself)
