H1B Application reached USCIS before 1 year outside US

Hello Friends ,

I was on L1B in the US between August 4rth 2007 to April 18th ,2011. I relocated to France and this year my company filed for H1B . While my H1B petition has been approved and my attorney is awaiting the petition from USCIS , I have a doubt to be clarified on the visa duration I am expected to get on my new H1B .

While I will be going for the visa interview after 18 months from the time I left US , however my application was received in the USCIS office on April 9th . This meant that the application was received before 365 days of my exit from the US . Please note , I was on L1B earlier and did not fully utilize my L1B .

My question is : Will I get my H1B for 6 years (With increments of 3 years ) . Please help clarify .
