frank_1 Posted October 7, 2012 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 Hi, I was going to go to India for H1b visa stamping. I have an expired F1 visa stamped on my passport. Is there a rule that I cannot travel through most European countries without a valid/current US visa? Or is this only for people who get stop at Europe and stay for e.x one or more days? Please let me know if I need to avoid Europe. Thank you. Link to comment
metroguy Posted October 7, 2012 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 Flying through Britain Heathrow airport (even you just stop for transit) requires a valid US visa (passport sticker) and your unexpired petition is not enough. I dont know abt other airports. Link to comment
