birendodia
Do we need h1b amendment if there is continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer only location change? My Case:- I am going for stamping to India - I had a change of client - inhouse to Client. My employer sent me LCA used for H1 relocation. Do i need to file an amendment as well ? Link to comment
metroguy
Yes ammendment is needed if you change your client location. It will be done in a week and it cost less to employer. Your employer should take care of it for you. Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, an amended H1B petition must be filed whenever there is a material change to the terms and conditions of the H1B petition. USCIS generally considers a change in work location to be a material change. Please schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your case and to determine whether an amended H1B petition is required in your case.
