H1 and H4 both approved

Hi,

My husband's company applied for his H1 this year and COS for both of us from L1/L2 to H1/H4. In the meanwhile I found a job and my new employer filed for my H1 and COS from L2 to H1.

The attorneys had advised me that once my H1 petition is approved, we should withdraw the H4 application. My H1 petition and COS (l2 to H1) was approved on Sep 21st. We Immediately contacted my husband's attorneys who then filed the H4 withdrawal requeste to USCIS on Sep 25th.

My husband's H1 petition was approved on Oct 4th and his attorneys are saying that my H4 could be approved too. Now I have both L2 to H1 COS approved and L2 to H4 COS approved.

What do I do in the current situation.

They have submiited the withdrawal request on sep 25th. Despite that, we received the H4 approval on Oct 4th.

Is it possible to still maintain my H1 status somehow?
