H1B Transfer from Non Profit Organization

Hi,

I got my H1B transferred from company A (private company) to company B (Non profit organization) this year. Now I want to transfer my H1B from company B (Non profit) to company C (private company). Since the cap for H1B for year 2013 is reached and my current H1B is with non profit organization, I am confused if I can transfer my H1B to company C.

In general with the information I have I can only transfer in April 2013, but since I originally had a H1B from a private company A, just wanted to know the possibility for transferring to Company C.

If you have been counted for the quota in the last 6 years, you are not counted again, and you can transfer between exempt and non-exempt organisations in both directions at any time.
