H1 Transfer and extension when I switch company ?

Hi ,

I am working for Company A in H1 valid till may 2014 and I-140 Approved with Company A .

I got an offer from Company B and willing to do my H1 Transfer .

Is it possible to do transfer and extension (for another 3 years using Company A i-140) together thru Company B when B filing for transfer?.

Please advice.
