H1B Transfer & Piority Date Porting

Current Visa Status: H1B

H1B Start Date: Feb' 2006

6th year completion: Feb'2012

Green Card Status:

1. Priority Date: 29th Sept 2010

2. I-140 Approved (on 23rd May 2011)

3. Employment Category: EB2

4. Nationality : Indian

5. Waiting for Priority Date to apply I 485,

Current H1B Extension/Validity: got 3 years of extension in Feb'2012 based on approved I-140 and it is valid upto Feb'2015.

I am working at the client site through my current employer and the client willing to offer me permanent position.

I have following questions on my H1B transfer and priority date porting .

1) Will I have any problem with my H1B transfer to new employer, considering I am already on my 6th year of H1B visa? Do I need to apply for H1B transfer before I-140 revocation by current employer.

2) Will the new end date on transferred H1B remain as Feb 2015 or, will I get 3 years from the date of transfer to new employee?

3) Can I use my old priority date with new employer? Please explain this based on following scenarios. If the current employer ,

1. revokes I-140

2. doesn't revoke I-140
