hasnain17
Hi, My employer pays me regularly but he runs the paychecks by month delay. for eg for the salary i get in Sept the pay check has the date of August. Will that be in an issue if my new employer looks to transfer my H1 B VISA? My salary is direct deposited in my account. Can i show the bank statements instead? Also i can try to get a employment proof letter from my employer. Please advice. Link to comment
wiweq
There is no substitute of paystubs. Even if you get paystubs of 1 month delay, it shouldn't create any problem. But, any good employer doesn't delay so much. Link to comment
luck2u
@hasnain17: I have seen some of the employers paying a month late as same as your's. But surely, when you go for H1B transfer that wouldn't be any problem. Good Luck!! Link to comment
metroguy
ADP sites do have your paystubs month on month, so you can download it and submit it.. If you dont have paystubs, there are more chances of getting RFE. I was in such a situation and i had to submit the paystubs they asked for. Link to comment
