My employer is ready to file H1 for my wife ( my wife is in F-2 Status ). There would be only one layer in between the client company and my consulting company. 1 ) What are the chances for her H1 approval. 2 ) If my wife visits INDIA, she needs to go for H1 Stamping. I clearly know that there are less number of chances in India (as she earlier applied for F-2 Visa). Please let me know if any one faced this situation.
