Nagesh Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 My brother's H1B has been denied.He is currently on 17 months OPT Extension which is valid till 1st July 2013. Can he continue working on OPT and apply for H1 next year and what are her options? Does the USCIS denial will effect OPT ? Will there be anything on the deniel notice which will revoke OPT as well? Can my brother continue working on OPT? Please help us out. Link to comment
