Mistake on H1B Visa Stamp

I got my H1B stamp in Vancouver last week. At the Port of entry, I realized that my DOB is wrong on Visa and in DS-160 Form.The officer at the Port of entry who saw the Visa told that it won't effect my entry to US.

As of now, the Date part(DDMMMYY) is wrong on my H1B Visa Stamp and on I-94 too.

Should I correct this mistake by calling the consulate..??

DO I have to travel back to canada to get this fixed...?? Please advice......
