Lot of lay offs are going on in my company and our team is trying to keep as many employees as possible by sharing work/hours. Right now I will get 32 hr/week of work. Will my H1 needs an amendment for part time or 32 hours/week (or 35??) OK ? What is the cut off limit for H1 to be amended for part time employment. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
