Am I eligible for EB2

Hi ,

I have been working as Senior programmer in US for 4 Years 8 Months. I have 3 years IT experience.

I have the following degrees from India.

B.Sc -- 3 Years

M.Sc Comp Sc - 2 years

M.Phil Computer Science - 2 Years.

My question is I heard from my friends that I am not eligible for EB1 , will I be eligible for EB2.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The job requirements determine the category.

You could have a PhD, if the job only requires a bachelor degree, the case would still be in EB3.

And for EB2, besides the job requirements, a 4-year bachelor + MS (or 5 years progressive experience) is generally required.
