Need Help Urgent(Is it Advisable to Upgarde to Premium Processing NOW)

Hi,

My company has applied for H1B on April 20th,I received an RFE on Aug 20,My company has sent the response and USCIS received it on Sep25th.

My opt was till 07032012,my cap gap is over(093032012).I have job but currently I can not work

So Is It advisable to upgarde to Premium Processing at this time(10012012) .At this peak moment will there be any difference in my case processing time if I go with premium processing.

Please Let me know .

Yes, I think you should go for Premium Processing.. there has been a delay..

although u are in status and have 60 days grace period but better not to wait until the last minute.

Anyways you are loosing money by not working. Why not invest something in your visa. If you sit at home for 4 weeks in regular processing and you get result in 1 week with Premimum, 3 weeks pay will make up for $1200 you are spending!!

yes better to upgrade to premium processing rather waiting.
