shandan Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 Does the job he is offering such that he is not getting Citizens/LPRs for it and he can prove that it requires specialized skills so he needs to sponsor you on H1b and the company is able to pay you the above prevailing wages ? If it can then your H1B petition has a chance to be approved. Link to comment
