Raga Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 Hi, I applied for L1B Visa extension which expired on FEB-11-2012, got RFE in June. My company responded to RFE on Sep 13th. Later it's upgraded to Premium processing on September 25th. We are still waiting for the USCIS decision. My 240 days stay will be over by Oct-8th. Wii it be illegal if I stay beyond Oct-8th for the decision from USCIS. Link to comment
