Urgent Help I-94 Lost during travel , need re-entry USA in 2 weeks

Hi,

Brief About my Situation: I changed my employer recently and planning to use my Old employer stamping which is valid til April 2013 with new I797 approval form valid till 2014 for re-entry to USA

I lost my I-94 card some where during the travel not sure exactly where till I checked today accidentally, I'm in india for vacation and I will be traveling back to USA in 2 weeks. I have a copy for I-94 card.

Can I travel back with Photo copy of Old I94 ? what should I do please advise.

Sorry for this post, I didn't know the I-94 (white card) will retained during departures. There is no issues, Please ignore this post. I have all the other original documents (VISA & new I-797)
