H4 Stamping Question

I and my wife had stamping in Mumbai for h1b (for employee X) and h4 respectively.

We both came to us and after coming here, I changed my employee and with new employee Y, we filed transfer and I got H1 and my wife got H4 again with approval of next 3 years.

Our visas (from X) already expired. We never been to India during all these.

Now, my wife is planning to go to india (not me), but as visa is expired, she has to go for stamping with Y petition.

Is it ok for her to go for stamping with Y without me?

Is it legal or will she get rejection saying H1 holder doesn't have visa stamped with Y and she can not have it stamped with Y?

Awaiting for prompt response, as she is planning to go to next month.
