Am I eligible for EB2?

Hi,

I hold Master's degree (MCA) from India and have 8 years of experience (~3 years in India and 5 years in USA).

Am I eligible for EB2?

I have 3 year Bachelor's degree (B.Sc Computer Science) and 3 year Master's Degree (Master of Computer Applications) from India and 8 years of experience (close to 3 yrs in India and with 2 employers (7 months with employer A and 2 yrs 3 months with employer B) and 5 yrs in USA with employer B)

I heard that if we go for EB2 there is a good chance we end up in Audit if one doesn't have 4 year Bachelor's degree.

Is this true?

With this, should I consider going for EB3 first and then once I-140 approved and H1 gets extended then go for EB2 again?
