Which employment based category should I apply under ?

Hi All

Based on the following information can you please advise me the appropriate employment based category I can apply the Green Card?

Educational Qualification : Master’s degree in Computer Science [From India] Equivalent of a Bachelor from an accredited US university.

Total Work Experience : 7+ years (In the field of computer science) out of which 3.8 years United States and the rest in India

Current Employer: XYZ Corporation (it’s the same employer who will be sponsoring the Green Card)

Current Title : Senior Developer

Experience with the current employer: 2 years and 11 months

Current VISA status: H1B with XYZ corporation (visa extension approved until 2014)

Prior VISA : L1B with ABC Technology Partners Inc. (I also have a valid B1/B2 VISA)

Moreover I am one of the named applicants on an approved US PATENT and is being commercially used in our product XYZ for around 4 years.

Which employment based category should I apply under ?

Please let me know if the information provided is not sufficient.
