H1B transfer time under premium processing for Vermont Centre

My H1b transfer was applied on 8th Aug under premium processing at vermont from company B. Got the receipt on 10th Aug but till now status shows Intial review.

can you please let me know how many days it will take more.

I am close to 15 working days but till now my status was not changed.

i am close to my h1b expire also.

i have starting working with my new company "B" is it good to proceed with them.

can any one please give me suggestion on my case.

Premium processing time-frame is 15 calendar days, not business days. So, you should have got your approval by now. USCIS's systems are often slow in updating the case status online. Mine got updated 4 days after the approval was actually processed. You might want to talk to your attorney and maybe have them call USCIS to get an update.
