TracyRao
Hi, my employer filled my H1B in May 2012, at that time, I didn't have a client. So we do not have a client together with my application. And the location said on LCA is my employer's location.. Now, I got RFE from USCIS, asking for the client infomation, since the evidence provided show my employer is a consulting company. So should we provide client letter for requested evidence? If we say that I work in client's location, then what about the address on my LCA? Please give advice! Thank you for your help! Link to comment
Attorney_10
The RFE must be responded with details on the actual work information. However, if you are now working at a client location that was not indicated on the LCA or I-129 petition, this could have adverse consequences on your petition. Please schedule a consultation with an experirenced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your case and the best strategy for responding to your RFE. Link to comment
