SHould my employer notify USCIS of change in office location?

My employer just moved to a new location about 10 miles from the location taht was on my H1B petition and I797 approval form.

Does my employer need to notify USCIS of this change?

If so, what forms do they need to submit and what is the process?

Further, I am thinking of going to India in Novemeber for my H1B stamping, will this change in location affect that process?
