Now i got my H1 approved.Do i need to go back to india and get it stamped,since its not a COS application?I received my I797 without I94. Do i have any other options, available?like submitting amendment application for COS?if yes what are the documents required and want to know fee premium processing fee details. Thanks, Vijaya.
