OPT extension ending and now H1 RFE--NAK

My OPT had expired on July 26 2012. I am on extension till October 1^st 2012 and currently working fulltime as a consultant.

Today when I checked USCIS site it said

"On September 26, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER."

I have few questions as to what I should do.

1. Am I supposed to do anything as my opt extension will end by October 1st.(like join college) OR
   
2. Can I continue to work with my employer while I resubmit the documents to USCIS and wait for the decision?

1. You should be aware that your 60 day Grace period starts on oct 1st and you can plan to continue your studies or just wait for H1 B approval.

2. You must stop working after Sep 30th . You can start working only after your H1b is approved with COS.
